    The Role:

    Due to recent expansion within our Commercial Team we have an exciting opportunity for an additional Bid and Proposal Co-ordinator to work within our Glasgow Head Office. The postholder will be responsible for the effective and efficient administration of the end-to-end tender process including tender identification, pre-qualification questionnaires, Invitation to Tender and bespoke commercial proposals for a wide range of current and potential customers. In addition to this, the postholder will also be expected to provide analysis of critical business information and provision of high quality, relevant and timely reports to support business decision making.


    Successful applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:

    • Previous experience working in a bidding/business development role and strong understanding of a bid process and the dynamics of a bid team
    • Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
    • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
    • Proactive approach to workload and perform when working to tight deadlines whilst managing customer requirements in a professional manner.
    • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word
