Geason are currently looking for a Sales Executive Skills Trainer to cover the Nottingham area.
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic, professional individual with relevant vocational qualifications to be part of a team that delivers training in the Sales Industry with particular focus on Sales Executive skills, to achieve national standards as part of an Apprenticeship standard. This role is to deliver both face to face and virtual training. This is an exciting position working with major employers within the Professional Services Industry. You will have occupational experience within the industry. Recent and relevant experience of delivery and assessment of sales related disciplines as part of apprenticeships. You are required to hold an appropriate assessor/teaching qualification. Experience or capability to deliver one or more Functional Skills would be highly desirable. You will be required to use your expertise to provide a high quality learning environment and work closely with the Product team to ensure this delivers the strategy of Geason. You will work in a demanding and rewarding environment with young people and adults and this will require a flexible approach.
The ideal candidates will be required to train in both a virtual and face to face environment using up to date technology. Experience of delivering the following would be expected, Sales, Planning & Preparation, Negotiating, Closing Sales, Customer Engagement and Commercial & Financial Acumen. This post carries a caseload of between 35 -40 students dependent on the standard.
