Do you have a regional sales management experience with a tangible track record of successfully improving overall performance of your multi-site region? Have you delivered complex business strategy through great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills?
As a Regional Manager you will drive the delivery of regional sales targets through successful sales campaign planning and execution, you will develop a pipeline of new customers and deliver portfolio growth. You will manage key relationships across the portfolio of Area Sales Manager accounts, branch network and merchants playing a major role in sourcing and securing new business.
Firstly, we Make It Happen. You will lead the regional field sales team to execute plans that deliver ambitious sales growth, you will manage appropriate accounts and drive significant business development opportunities. You will maximise HSS market penetration by personally selling and driving the team to promote HSS’ ProService and group wide value-added services.
We Make It Better. You will understand the competitive landscape and market trends and stay current with supply and demand, changing trends and competitor activity, monitoring competitor products and services and create competitive selling strategies.
We Make It Together. You will nurture strong relationships with key customers at a senior level. You will ensure your team interacts effectively with operational colleagues to meet customer expectations. You will promote cross functional relationships to encourage collaborative working aimed at improving performance and driving sales.
