    We are currently looking to appoint a Fleet Compliance Administrator to join our team in Bristol. In this role you will be managing the day to day management of the current dash cam system and general commercial vehicle compliance.

    Duties & responsibilities:


    • Ensuring CPC training is complete
    • Ensuring tacho cards remain valid and renewals are sent in a timely manager
    • Identifying infringements and non-compliance of tacho data - escalation
    • Monitor online licence checking – provide reports for Fleet Manager
    • O licence database management
    • Liaising with the fleet leasing company

    Knowledge/background required:


    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programmes, specifically be able to demonstrate an intermediate/advanced level of excel skills
    • Excellent administration and organisational skills
    • Previous experience of the small tools industry would be desirable
    • Previous experience of working within a transport role would be desirable
    • Knowledge of vehicle safety and compliance desirable
