Based in the depot, the Customer and Sales Advisor role is a vital part of operations on the front line of sales and customer service. This position will focus on our powered access products and services. Relationship building is the key to success, as the Customer and Sales Advisor coordinates the entire hire process from taking the order through to delivery and collection, liaising with every part of the depot to ensure the needs of the customer are met and that they’re satisfied with our service.
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to be desk-based, working directly with the other departments, liaising regularly drivers and engineers to ensure minimal delay in fulfilling the powered access needs of our customers.
