We are currently looking to appoint a Credit Controller with responsibilities for maximising cash collections through the effective application of the company’s credit policy. In addition to this you will be investigating and resolving any queries and discrepancies within agreed timescales.
The ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers is essential as is good telephone communication skills. We need you to be pro-active in dealing with overdue debt and resolving any queries quickly. This team in Brandon Hire Station is a high volume and busy operation working to set timescales and also to improving our percentage of debts paid to terms whilst reducing the aged debt profile.
