As an Infrastructure Engineer you’ll help provide technical support for a range of internal systems whilst working to agreed quality standards and service level agreements

    Core duties:- 
    • Install, configuration and support of servers
    • Install, configuration and support of management platforms
    • Install, configuration and support of network connectivity
    • Document technical specifications and reports
    • Enhance, plan capacity and design related to infrastructure projects
    • Collaborate and involve in activities to assure knowledge development, sharing plus integration within as well as across entire work programs as suitable and lead projects
    • Assist in providing BAU support to the business
    Assist in providing OOH support to the business
    Key Responsibilities:- 
    • Installation and support of varied server/Network estate
    • Maintains, monitors, and supports the infrastructure environment and/or facilities
    • Follows defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve problems
    • Supports multiple systems or applications of medium to highly complex (complexity defined by size, technology used, and system feeds and interfaces) with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility
    • Works on one or more base project initiatives.
    • Diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software and connectivity problems
    • Performs routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patch management and hot fixes
    • Identifies problems and optimizes performance, as needed
    Recommends procedures and controls for problem resolution or creates temporary solutions until permanent solutions can be implemented
