To broaden our service offering to customers, we now work in partnership with Builders Merchants throughout the UK. Having a friendly HSS colleague based in a local Builders Merchant has allowed us to deliver an even greater personalised service to our customers, delivering a seamless experience to our existing customer base whilst exploring new opportunities to attract new customers to HSS. As a Cluster Manager you’ll play a key part in our success, through managing team of Branch Managers over a small group of locations and providing cover to each location.

Firstly, we Make It Happen. You’ll be central to our business, tasked with growing our market share and embracing our industry leading digital routes to market. You’ll drive the new sales initiatives from the business, ensuring your locations delivers revenue growth, profitability and customer loyalty.
We Make It Better. Day to day, you’ll help the building of new relationships with new customers, and strengthen existing relationships with our current customers, understanding their needs now and in the future. You’ll need to have the ability to motivate the team, as well as explore all opportunities to cross-sell within the business.
Let’s Make It Together. You’ll be heading up a team of Branch Managers, so it will be your duty to ensure effective communication across the Builders Merchants that reaches all colleagues. Your support network including your Regional Manager and National Sales Teams will work with you to retain, develop and grow your customer base. You’ll also support our regional field sales teams to build the customer portfolio local to your branches.
