Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, the Regional Operations Director (ROD) is responsible for maximising growth and profitability of the Plant and Tool depots within their region. Through effective leadership skills, the ROD will develop and manage their team of General Managers to drive performance within each depot and identify opportunities to increase revenue across existing and new customers. Quality and customer satisfaction are key drivers for GAP Group depots and the ROD will ensure the region’s fleet is being fully utilised whilst meeting customers’ expectations and needs, through quality audits and customer visits.
This role will cover the Midlands region and will require frequent travel across the region and to our Glasgow Head Office. Candidates can be based at either our Nottingham, Leicester or Birmingham depots.
