    We have an exciting role for a Customer Sites Co-ordinator to join the team at Vinci Construction 
    to manage all customer orders for one of Sunbelt Rentals large national account.  This role will be to deliver optimum customer service whilst managing customer expectations and will be based at the Customer’s site in Widnes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all customer orders and queries in line with the Service level agreement and Sunbelt Rentals policy and procedures.
    • Deliver accurate and timely administration for the whole order process.
    • Resource all customer requirements efficiently and cost effectively.
    • Manage all customer issues before, during and post contact in accordance with Company standards in a timely manner
    • Resolve all damage and loss issues in line with operational procedures
    • Manage all customer complaints in an effective and timely manner.
