We are looking to appoint an Operations Manager who possesses excellent people management skills in particular, to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional equipment availability and support standards across our UK wide operational teams.
UK Forks and Higher Access have a network of 8 depots across the UK responsible for the preparation and support of a large range of industrial material handling, powered access and construction support equipment. We continually aim to deliver the highest levels of product availability and service support for our customers. In this role you will ensure that we continue to offer the best range of equipment for hire, first class field service, optimum fleet management as well as keeping abreast of new industry and product innovations.
Reporting to the Operations Director you will assist with system and process development to increase our operational efficiencies specifically in our depot, workshop and field service support areas, as well as managing and supporting activities in technical support, engineer competence, inventory and workshop standards areas to achieve budgeted targets across the engineering operation. Candidates should be ideally located in the Midands/South England.
