    Hi, my name is Francine and I am currently seeking a Financial Administration Assistant for our Boels Rental Support Office in Stockport! Do you love working with numbers and finance? Are you able to work methodically coupled with attention to detail? Then this vacancy could be for you!

     

    Boels Pit Stop

    As a Financial Administration Assistant you will be working closely beside our Accounts Office Manager, assisting her with payroll, banking activities, project work and reconciliations. The tasks are varied, so there is no time for you to get bored. One day you could be reconciling supplier statements and the next day investigating ledger queries.

     

    You will be comfortable contacting our depots & suppliers to clarify information or correct any errors. As our Financial Administration Assistantin Stockport, you will manage records & information using Excel. Using your exceptional communication skills, you will give up to date reports and request funds from our HQ in The Netherlands.

In the ground floor, open plan office, you will also be working alongside the credit control team, the fleet management team, the property/facilities team and our H&S expert.
