    An opportunity has become available for an experienced manager to join us as a Hire Manager in our busy Cardiff branch. You will be accountable for the efficient running of the hire department whilst ensuring that on/off hires are managed in line with company KPIs and transport is managed to ensure service delivery goals and to meet our customer hire needs.

    You will work towards maximising revenue generation and be measured by results achieved on revenue growth in the branch from hire and also the resale of our assets.

    Candidates for this position must have previous management experience and also of hire equipment with the ability to develop and motivate a team to achieve success. You must be able to interpret data and use a range of information to evaluate business and contribute with the branch manager predictions about future performance from trends. The full administration process for the Hire of our equipment is the responsibility of the Hire Manager and also handling customer queries/complaints relating to the department.

    Taking some responsibility for the health and safety within your branch, you must work with the team and Branch Manager to ensure that the business is compliant with HSE legislation and offers a safe working environment for the branch team as a whole but also for individual employees within their roles.
