We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hire Manager based at our site in Harlow, to offer strong management of the regional internal sales function and ensure that customer service, administration, delivery and communication is maintained at the highest Levels.
This is a very dynamic role, where you will have to build strong relationships with your team and management throughout the business. You will complete reports on performance and hire rates, as well as offer new and innovative ideas to adjust and reinforce existing processes successfully. Other responsibilities will include asset management and the management of customer queries when required.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar fast-paced changeable environment, and has previously managed a team. Excellent customer service is essential, as is account management experience. We are looking for an influential and strong leader, who can create strong business relationships to reinforce the success of the team. Knowledge of the hire industry is beneficial though not essential for the role. A full UK driver’s license is essential.
