    Our businesses offer the rental and sale of specialist products and associated services to a diverse range of end markets, including construction, civil engineering, rail, water, oil and gas, outdoor events and housebuilding.

    Our Company Car Administrator/ Co ordinator is responsible for providing a day to day comprehensive and efficient company car administration service for our group of businesses. In this role you will be responsible for allocating vehicles to new starters, ordering new cars when required, managing licence checks, preparing monthly reporting for the various businesses, updating all internal departments around changes and working with various service providers.

    We are ideally looking for a car administrator with experience of managing a company cars fleet who can ensure an effective and seamless customer service at all times. Expertise in looking at and improving our current processes / procedures would also be desirable. Our car fleet is in excess of 350 vehicles, this is a busy and fast moving role requiring attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to handle a volume of work on a day to day basis. Confidence in handling difficult situations that may arise is also required. Demonstrable experience of providing solutions and delivering customer service to internal customers.

    Skills & experience required:

    Experience of managing company car processes preferred

    Experience of using Microsoft packages and other computer databases

    Good education level too include Maths & English GCSE minimum level 3

    Excellent telephone manner

    Experience of providing solutions to complex arrangements

    Good general administration skills

    Resilient and professional manner
