    As a division of Vp plc, a group of 6 specialist hire businesses, MEP Hire, hire mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment alongside the low level access machines.

    MEP Hire in Staines has an opportunity available for a Workshop Supervisor to join their team. As a Workshop Supervisor your main role is to manage and ensure the efficient running of the workshop. This involves asset management, overseeing equipment maintenance, administration, employee management and health & safety.

    Ideally you will already have experience of managing a team however experience working within a workshop environment is essential.

    Academic qualifications:


    • Maths and English GCSE is essential
    • A further qualification would be desirable

    Knowledge/background:


    • Experience in Microsoft Office programs
    • Capable of using software systems
    • Experience of working within a workshop environment is essential
    • Some experience of managing a team
    • Experience of managing processes and procedures
    • Good interpersonal communication skills
    • Knowledge of the small tools and Low Level Access is desirable
