    We are looking to appoint a Regional Director in our London and Kent region who can demonstrate experience in managing multi-site operations with circa 110 employees. You will be expected to exceed your regional profit expectations and revenue growth utilising your motivational leadership and also strong commercial skills.

    At Bandon Hire Station we are highly focused on our customer service and the ability to deliver requirements and exceed expectations. As a successful Regional Director you will work with your operational teams and also the sales teams to achieve new business development and growth with current customer partners.

    Skills & experience required 


    • Health & Safety - ensure as far as reasonably practicable compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental legislation, Quality Standards and Company policy
    • Customers -  Develop the various branch customer bases, identify new opportunities
    • Profitability - All branches held to account for engagement with and delivery of the P&L budget.
    • Asset & Property management -  Ensure full availability of the top 150 assets in all branches
    • Experience of dealing at senior management level and of managing a multi-site geographically diverse operation
    • Proof of ability to lead and manage an operation of circa. 100 employees
    • Full understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow information
    • IT literate to ECDL standard
    • Previous experience within rental, multi-location, small tools, construction or related.
