    UK Forks are part of Vp plc and is the industry's leading specialist rental provider of telescopic handlers, rotational telehandlers and heavy lift machines including a wide range of attachments. Our comprehensive range of products is unique in the industry and covers every conceivable application, ranging from 4 to 20 metres and rotational telehandlers up to 35 metres.

    We are now looking for an experienced engineer, to work as a field service engineer and ideally you will be located in the South London / Surrey / Hampshire / Kent / Sussex area. Within this role, you will carry out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery either at the depot, or on-site with our clients. You will offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repairs service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

    Our ideal Engineer will have worked in a similar role previously, with a background in mobile plant products and/or agricultural / mechanical engineering.  You will be required to have qualifications (NVQ or equivalent) in plant maintenance or agricultural equipment.

    Skills & experience required:


    • Full Driving Licence
    • Mechanical or engineering background
    • Knowledge of plant equipment
    • A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering
