We are currently looking to appoint an Administration Assistant to complete all correspondence in conjunction with the day to day running of the shop floor office and interfacing with the other members of the teams in our workshops and also our external sales teams..
Within the role you will develop a full understanding and knowledge of all individual products, effectively managing a flexible approach to the role to enable coverage for team members’ absences. You will be responsible for generating reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and filing paperwork in an organised manner.
Candidates for this role will ideally have knowledge of the local area and having knowledge of the construction industry would also be particularly advantageous. We are looking for an effective Administration Assistant, who can build long lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with prospective customers.
The workplace is busy and fast moving, as a branch the teams pull together to ensure our customer experience. This means you will move between the various departments at the site , this is not a pure desk based role in the office.
Due to the nature of the role a full UK driving licence is required.
