  • We are looking to recruit a confident individual who has excellent telephone communication skills to join our sales & customer service team based in Chorley. This individual will have a keen eye for details and have a customer focused mind set.

    The Brief

    The successful candidate will be required to work within the sales & customer service department communicating with customers to ensure they get the best service possible and some cold calling will be required.

    The Suitable Candidate must have

    • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
    • Ability to adapt to changes on a daily basis
    • Ability to carry out cold calls
    • Determination to succeed
    • A keen eye for details
    • Excellent telephone communication skills
    • Basic knowledge of various Microsoft software: Word, Excel etc.
    • Ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels
