    The Role:

    The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing profitable sales growth within their designated region. As the Regional Sales Manager you will lead, develop and manage the performance of your Area Sales Representatives team, including carrying out KPI meetings and joint customer visits. This is a varied and challenging role in which the Regional Sales Manager will also develop and monitor sales systems and procedures and make recommendations for improvement.

    Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:

    • A proven track record in sales within the Hire and Construction related industries
    • Demonstrable experience of leading and developing successful field sales teams is essential
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare proposals and deliver presentations at a senior level
    • Proven negotiation skills and a focus on exceeding customers' expectations
    • Proficient in MS office and experience using CRM software
    • Driving License (essential)
