Our client is a business that is definitely on the move and we need a Senior Branch Manager General Manager / Operations Manager who can jump on board and help in the continued expansion of the business, driving the business forward in the right direction. Someone who wants to grow with the business, take ownership of their role and make it their own.
The business is seeing continued growth and with a new depot opening, we need to find someone to take over the successfully running of their main operation.
It is an extremely fast-paced working environment. This isn’t a 9-5 role, so clock watchers needn’t apply. We need someone committed / driven and in return you will receive a very generous remuneration as well as long term career options.
We need a senior manager with a proven background from within the Hire sector. Someone who knows the intricacies involved with running a busy Tool Hire Depot. Someone with the right skill set to run the depot with operational excellence as well as having that true passion for sales and sales management. People management is naturally key – leading the team to strive for success.
Manage the day-to-day operation of the depot which currently turns over circa £3m per annum and has growth plans in line with the wider organization. Managing both own hires and the rehire orders & suppliers. Demonstrating commercial flair and show ability to grow 5 revenue streams (Hire, Sales, Transport, Damages, Losses). A forward thinker.
