Based on the hire desk in our customer office, the Customer Hire Desk Administrator ensures that all business between the Major Account customer and GAP Group is carried out in an efficient and effective manner. You will operate and maintain spreadsheets, deal with telephone enquiries from the customer and GAP personnel, obtain detailed information from the customer and produce weekly reports. It is a highly detailed role as you will also be responsible for raising contracts and authorising purchase invoices in line with the customers agreement. The role will be based in Rushden.
Applicants should have:
• Experience working in a similar role
