    The Role:

    An exciting vacancy has arisen for a Commercial Manager within GAP Group. We are a privately owned national plant hire company with 135 depots across the UK, employing 1800 people and with an annual turnover in excess of £200m.

    The role is based in our Head Office in Carrick Street Glasgow and will be responsible for leading a team of 14 ensuring the effective provision of commercial and project management support, management of sales support information and the preparation and submission of tender and bid applications.

    Applicants for the Commercial Manager position should have:

    The successful candidate will have a legal qualification, demonstrable commercial acumen and a proven track record of leading a large commercial function with a focus on customer service and continuous improvement.
