We are recruiting a Sales Administrator / On Line Hire Controller to join a close-knit team based in the Maidstone area. This is a genuine opportunity to build something that you will have true ownership in and will be part of building a team around you. As a Hire Controller you will be dealing with the online customer enquiries and deal with these in a timely manner. Working with the customers from the initial enquiry stages through to quotation, follow up, processing of the hire orders and transport to site.
As a Hire Controller we are looking for someone with a proactive approach who can investigate further business opportunities with both new and existing clients. Great opportunities within the business for the successful candidate!
Knowledge of tool / plant and construction hire equipment would be beneficial. If you have been in a Hire controller position or experienced in with the hire sector we want to hear from you! If you have a general builders merchants / trade background this will be of interest.
We are considering candidates from outside of the industry who ever excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to be successful.
