    The Role:

    Based in our Head Office, the GAP One Credit Control Manager will manage and direct our team of Credit Controllers and Credit Control Administrators, ensuring efficient and effective credit control of GAP's customers. Within the role you will also take responsibility for the Group's sales ledger and supporting functions, whilst driving and motivating the team to meet objectives. You will also take control of the GAP One Credit Control budget, assisting with departmental forecasting, and provide comprehensive analysis of the team performance.

    Applicants should have:

    • Experience working in a similar role
    • Excellent administration skills
    • Strong people management experience
    • PC literacy, particularly Excel, is essential
    • Experience liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
    • Excellent knowledge of the hire industry
    • Experience working with hire desk systems
