  • Job overview As a Purchasing Administrator with a minimum of two year\'s experience, you will work within our Purchasing department based in our Warrington Support Office. You will be tasked with carrying out administration for the department. You will be reporting to and working closely with the Asset Operations Manager and the Senior Procurement Manager. Roles and responsibilities Validation and completion of new supplier accounts Maintenance of supplier and item data in the eProcurement system Administration of a number of internal systems and processes Managing internal and external telephone enquiries Processing of consolidated and capital invoices Provide support to the Asset Operations Manager and ad-hoc duties as required Skills required Ability to organise, manage and prioritise own workload  Intermediate level for Word, Excel and Outlook Good data input skills Excellent telephone skills Excellent telephone manner Strong customer service skills Experience of working in a fast paced environment Benefits In return, we can offer a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, life assurance and inclusion into the Company pension scheme A-Plant are an accredited Living Wage Employer
