  • Job Description
  • The role involves demand planning, replenishment management, customer collaboration and supply chain support, as well as various other responsibilities.
    • Determine and manage optimum stock levels based on historic activity, key financial metrics and customer demand.
    • Manage hire fleet stocks through the company platforms, developing systems and processes as appropriate.
    • Drive asset utilisation through the management of hire fleet; instructing the fixing, moving and buying of assets.
    • Work to identify and prevent stock shortages, stock redistribution, forecast changes/fluctuations, and transportation interruptions etc.
    • Build collaborative demand plan in line with regional activity, working alongside other internal functions including Supply Chain, Category Management and Marketing.
    • Monitoring of purchase orders and deliveries to identify significant changes and resolve delays.
    • Maintain stock accuracy and replenishment KPI’s, conducting root cause analysis on reported anomalies and investigating any areas of non-conformance.
    • Provide high level MI reports to Senior Management & Directors based on performance measures.
    • Support the regional management team to ensure the optimum asset holdings per location, per product line.
