  • HSC Machinery Spares Consumables based in Worcester, have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with the ability to deliver fantastic customer service as an Internal Sales Person where you will proactively build strong relationships with our existing and potential new customers.

    The Role:

    Respond to enquiries from customers, providing quotations processing orders and upselling.
    Proactively contact potential customers to build relationships and develop sales opportunities.
    Consistently deliver high levels of customer service to our customers.

    The Person:

    Previous experience of selling spare parts, consumables, machinery and small engines is highly desirable, however applicants with experience gained within an industrial supplies environment will be considered.
    First class customer service skills and a proactive, helpful approach is essential.
    Strong people skills, with the ability to easily develop business customer relationships.
    Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable using internal IT systems.

    The Package:

    • The role is a full time permanent position Monday – Friday (39 Hours)
    • Pension(After qualifying period)
    • Holidays: 20 days plus statutory holidays
    • Salary: £18k - £24k dependent on experience
