Working on the Central Hire Desk, based in our Head Office, the GAP One Account Administrator ensures that all business between selected Major Account customers and GAP are carried out in an efficient and effective manner. You will operate and maintain spreadsheets, deal with telephone enquiries from customers and GAP personnel, obtain detailed information from customers and produce weekly reports. It is a highly detailed role as you will also be responsible for raising contracts and authorising purchase invoices in line with customer agreements.
Applicants should have:
• Experience working in a similar role
• Excellent eye for detail.
• Experience liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
