We are currently looking to appoint a Technical Manager - Workshops to support our branches in the South East of England.
You will be required to complete annual workshop quality audits of all branches in your region. Relevant paperwork will be required to be kept up to date and made available to the various internal departments .You will also be responsible for ensuring the hire fleet is maintained to a high standard; equipment is written off at the appropriate time; and availability of the hire fleet is maximised. This will involve you working closely with the branch managers across your region, building strong and effective relationships
In this role you will be responsible for training (1-1 and 1 day courses) in the branches ensuring our fitters are meeting our required standards. Many of our branches have apprentices which also require mentoring and support through their coursework. As the first point of contact for support across your region you will be the “helpdesk” and be required to respond and support with technical assistance.
