Overview of the role:
JCB Service is fundamental to customer support and uptime within the aftermarket. As part of this global customer focus, the business is investing in supply chain analytics to provide the Industry’s finest customer support.
To drive supply chain transformation and operation excellence through the use of latest supply chain technologies incorporating but not limited to robotic process automation, dashboards powered by SAP Analytics and the use of forecasting software.
