    Our Sales Representatives actively promote all Sandhurst products and services to both new and existing customers and clients through pro-active field activity. You’ll manage customer expectations whilst generating revenue through developing relationships, ensuring the best outcome for both the customer and the business alike. Managing both existing and new accounts you’ll play a pivotal role in promoting Sandhurst, being an ambassador for this throughout the region.

    About the Role…

    As a Sales Representative your main focus is the promotion and sale of the Sandhurst product portfolio being the focal point for sales in the region. Clear communication is paramount in this role so you must be confident, personable and knowledgeable, really understanding what our customers want. Building long lasting and productive relationships will be key to your success and you’ll do this through identifying opportunities, understanding their need and delivering on this. Along the way you’ll quickly develop a sound working knowledge of the Sandhurst product range and this will enable you to be the expert in your field. It’s not only dealing with the external market either you’ll need to be able to work seamlessly with our internal support functions ensuring the smooth delivery of these products to our customers. Being a team player you may be asked to carry out any duties considered within your skill and competence to assist with the smooth running of the business.

    The must haves…

    Ideally coming from a sales background you’ll be able to demonstrate the below but if you’ve no or little sales experience but do have the required attitude and customer experience we’d still love to hear from you. What we’re looking for as a minimum is listed below


    • Positive attitude and a will to succeed
    • Team player with enthusiastic work ethic
    • Good interpersonal skills, enjoy dealing with people and providing solutions
    • Ability to work on own initiative
    • Driving licence (essential)
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Knowledge of construction/plant hire industry (Preferable)
    • Sales experience (Preferable)
