We are currently recruiting for a Training Solutions Advisor to join our head office training department to provide full support in the team. Generating revenues and sales across our various training courses you will also be pro active in developing new and existing relationships with our customers.
In addition a key aspect of the role will be responding customer enquiries, handling them efficiently and effectively and escalating any issues within agreed service levels. Supporting our external sales team you will provide any relevant leads and contacts to further support increasing our revenue streams.
