    We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of National Contact Centre to join our National Accounts team.

    The role will be to provide strategic leadership and direction to the National Hire  Desk Team, ensuring that sales targets are achieved and exceeded, our technical experts are utilised effectively and an exceptional customer experience is delivered.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Implement a consistent sales management process and approach to the marketplace. 
    • Exceed revenue target and budget expectations by growing sales / improving discount margins / improving ROI. 
    • Developing and executing the company’s strategies in line with SBR vision and values.
    • Deliver growth development plans.
    • Line management duties, coaching, guiding and developing a high performing team. 
    • Working collaboratively across the whole sales organization in Sunbelt Rentals. 
    • Improving customer satisfaction and reducing customer complaints / queries whilst ensuring exceptional customer experience is delivered at all customer touch points. 
    • Drive improvements to our customer service capability, provide leadership and focus and enable the business to operate more collaboratively and efficiently.
    • Achieving all key performance indicators in a fast changing and busy environment.
    • Collaborate with all sales colleagues from across the group.
    • Ensure that all policies and procedures are maintained at all times.
    • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management Team.
