    Our Groundcare division is the ONLY National supplier currently in the whole of the UK within this sector!

    What does the job involve?

    We are looking for an individual who is happy to cover the Midlands and the North of the UK. As this is a large geographical area, there will be some nights away involved.

    You will be responsible for Customer growth and service along with Revenue & EBITDA growth in the Midlands and North whilst having the ability to own the operation to ensure you can fulfil the customers needs.

    Primary Tasks:

    • Full responsibility for the engineering function.
    • Full responsibility for logistics function.
    • Customer service, it is essential our customers’ needs are always met.
    • Great customer service focus
    • Project management and business building experience
    • Have the ability to run to profit/loss (set & work to KPIs)
    • Site surveys and demonstrations to assist project sales
    • Work with senior members of the Groundcare team to achieve goals and targets.

    This role is a very dynamic role. The day can quickly change to meet specific customers’ requirements, so the successful candidate would need to be up for a challenge.

    You will have:

    • Experience managing a team
    • Strong knowledge of all electrical and mechanical aspects of Groundcare equipment
    • First class customer facing skills and good communication skills
    • Flexibility to meet requirements of service operations
    • Relevant experience in a similar role
    • Can do attitude​​​​​​​
