  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Cluster Manager to join our team in Essex. With a variety of products across all sectors to offer our customers, a forward-thinking culture, what better time to join a dynamic organisation striving for growth! 

    As a Cluster Manager you will take responsibility for: 

    • Directly managing up to three of our local sites within our Builders Merchant division 

    • Working with our existing colleagues to grow our market share within a local region to the stores 

    • Embracing all sales initiatives whilst delivering unrivalled customer service 

    • Strengthening existing relationships with our current customers, helping them to plan their future orders with us 

    • You will be the sole representative for HSS Hire on site, so using your initiative will be key! 

    What will you bring: 

    • A proven track record in a sales/retail orientated occupation 

    • A sales focused mind set – each site we have will have targets to obtain and exceed 

    • A proactive and motivating nature – you’ll be the direct line manager to lone-workers in our sites and our colleagues are at the forefront of everything we doat HSS Hire 

    • Great communication skills – you’ll be the escalation point for any high-grossing customers in store, nurturing these customers in to major and key accounts
