    In the role of a Training Administrator you will be required to provide high levels of quality service to all customers in line with company policy and procedure to support the delivery of the Training Department targets. Reports into the Training Office Manager.
    This is a fixed term role for 12-14 months cover. 
    Principle Accountabilities:
    • Inbound Communication: Ensuring all enquiries and orders via telephone, letter and email are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
    • Outbound Communication: Ensuring follow up and courtesy calls to customers are carried out on a timely basis.
    • Liaising with others: Supporting the Office Manager to liaise with internal/external customers and training instructors in order to build relationships, realising training objectives and rectifying any problems or issues.
    • Administration: Support document processing and data input for internal and external training activities as necessary ensuring compliance with accrediting bodies and company procedure.
    • Query resolution: Investigate and resolve customer queries and problems regarding orders, deliveries and credits and ensure customer complaints are dealt with in a professional and supportive manner whilst maintaining the interests of the company.
    • Maintaining Company standards whilst working under pressure
    • Resolving customer issues promptly and to the satisfaction of all concerned
    • Developing a strong sense of customer ownership, being fully conversant with all aspects of the relevant SLA and customer requirements.
    • Developing a sound product knowledge level in order to accurately establish customer needs and up sell, where appropriate.
