  • This is an In-House Sales/Customer Management position. We are looking for a person with a proven sales background but also has strong administration skills with an eye for detail.

    To be successful in this role excellent organisation and time management skills are essential, you will need to be highly customer orientated, willing to go the extra mile to help maintain and expand long term business relationships, whilst also nurturing new opportunity for growth.

    Key areas of expertise are as follows:

    • Enthusiastic about sales – have a proven track record in sales.
    • Communication skills – able to use initiative and creativity when liaising with customers to help maximise their sales.
    • Eye for detail – undertake all administrative works for the internal sales department
    • Seek out new opportunities.

    • Strong relationship builder.

    As an Internal Account Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Office Manager / Sales Director and be responsible for providing support by;

    • Assist with identifying relevant prospects, contacting where necessary
    • Assist in the maintenance and development of existing and new customers
    • Making warm outbound B2B calls to existing customers to secure face to face meetings with the external sale steam
    • An element of cold calling will be required
    • Manage and maintain BDM prospect list
    • Run daily reports and send to all depots and reps
    • Collate and distribute internal and customers reports
    • Complete other general admin work when required

    This is a busy, varied position requiring someone with a positive, can-do attitude and professional yet down-to-earth phone manner.
