    Managing Director- National (Regions)

    Managing Director- Regions will evaluate how the business operates, to manage and implement business guidelines and strategies, working with other department heads to ensure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with any guidelines to drive key performance measures and operational targets across the regions.

    Job Scope:

    To lead a team in the delivery of key related sales and operational performance measures resulting in increased sales and growth along with colleague attraction, retention, engagement, and performance across the UK
