    Scope of the Role:

    With the increasing range of electric machines, and our new Industry Solutions and Waste/Recycling offering, we are planning significant sales and profit growth in these sectors in 2022. We are looking for a dedicated sales specialist to work with the regions to identify and implement sales and market growth strategies to achieve our ambitious growth plans.

     

    About your role

    • Work with Sector Sales Manager, Product Growth and regional teams to execute plans that deliver sales growth in line with 5 Year Plan for Industrial & electric / zero emission products
    • Assist in gathering and analyse data to help inform balanced commercial pricing strategies, by product, to the commercial and sales management team
    • Support in the development of robust sales strategies for new and existing products
    • Support in defining the relevant industrial & zero emission NPIP programs, to ensure product brief & launch timing is met
    • Working with the commercial team to agree appropriate specifications

    • ·Provide relevant feedback to JCB Business Units on product performance, market information & customer satisfaction
    • Support regional sales teams with applications studies and implementing strategies
    • Travel to Regions to meet with customers and dealers to present product
    • Ensure applicable regional product demonstration activities are planned and supported where required
      Maintain a thorough understanding of competitive landscape including sector, commercials, pricing, and specifications

     

    About you

    • We'd like you to be somebody who has excellent attention to detail, who is a well organised, dedicated team player that is able to multi task and work well under pressure
    • Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
    • IT literate, able to operate within the GLink with strong Excel and powerpoint experience
    • Basic understanding of engineering drawings is ideal but not essential
    • Sense of urgency is required with a positive attitude to be able to solve problems quickly as issues arise
