Role:
JCB Power Systems supply JCB Engines into a range of OEM Engine Distributors or direct customers.
Over the past five years the business has experienced rapid growth and now requires a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who will lead the team and work with all internal and external stakeholders to further develop the business and the role.
JCB Power Systems require a New OEM Engine Sales & Applications Manager to support and further develop the business’ existing distributors and direct OEMs. The role entails a wide range of the following aspects and therefore the individual must be willing to touch on the following aspects and remain open to the changing requirements of the role whilst offering customers, distributors and internal stakeholders the up most level of urgency for support.
The reports directly into the Power Systems General Manager.

The individual will be expected on a daily basis to go above and beyond in order to develop further aspects of the role and continually strive for excellence through the business and Distributor network. Key personal & professional attributes.
Experience:
It would be advantageous for the individual to have experience in dealer / distributor development, engineering, OEM management or commercial management – however the key requirements as with any individual is attitude.
Specific Action of the Role:
Strategic planning and delivery of business KPI’s
Management and growth of the distribution network.
Provide annual Distributor targets and objectives to support business growth and continually drive Distributor development.
Management of engine pricing to ensure profitable growth.
Manage the marketing budget and support the delivery of all marketing activities and strategy.
Oversee and drive development of engine range, product management and associated options to suit customer and market needs.
Empower Distributors to be technically and commercially independent.
Produce annual sales plans for the region.
Seek out new Distributors, markets, and key customers.
Ownership and delegation of Service support.
Manage and oversee Application Engineering activities, technical information, and communication.
Manage the OEM sales team around day to day activities.
