    On-Boarding Team Leader- 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday

    Due to continued growth we are looking to recruit an On-boarding Team Leader to manage the process of our new starters from offer acceptance to employee start date.

    The role sits within a newly created Onboarding Team within the wider People Operations function. The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support on the new joiners process to the business ensuring that the process runs smoothly and efficiently, with a strong focus on a positive end to end candidate experience.

    As an On-boarding Team Leader you will provide support and guidance and line management responsibility to the x3 coordinators to ensure a professional on-boarding experience to all candidates and hiring managers.

    What you’ll need:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Highly organised and able to juggle many competing tasks
    • Trustworthy and reliable
    • Excellent relationship building skills
    • Ability to think on their feet and problem solve
    • Experience of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Experience with LinkedIn desirable but not essential
    • A good listener
    • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
    • Strong focus on attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple processes
