The EUC Engineer’s role is to provide technical support for a range of internal systems, help maintain End User Compute environments, assist with 2nd line support for complex issues all whilst working to agreed quality standards and service level agreements
This role will be based between our location in Kemble and our office in central London with the potential for some home working days or travel to other sites across the country if needed. We\'ll provide a company van for travel between locations.

- Desktops & laptops via SCCM/EndPoint Mgr (InTune)
- Tablets & Mobile devices
- Software including 3rd party software (configuration, troubleshooting and documentation)
- Incident & Change Management – Raising CR’s where needed as an outcome of Incidents or problems
- Document a variety of workflows, Step by Step guides and Knowledge Base articles
- Utilise tools including but not limited to…..
- M365
- MDM
- AD
- Azure
- PowerShell (Not essential)
- Work alongside the Senior EUC Engineers on a variety of EUC Strategy projects (Documentation, testing, planning etc)
- Collaborate and be involved in activities to ensure knowledge development in the team
- Assist in providing BAU support to the business
- Assist in providing ad-hoc OOH support to the business where agreed either remotely or on-site
