    We currently have an excellent opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our HR operations team at JCBs World Headquarters in Staffordshire.

    This permanent role is immediately available.


    Overview of the role:

    This position is well suited to an HR professional that can hit the ground running within an established function.  As a key member of the HR Management team, you’ll be leading on, and contributing to, a wide range of HR activity, and as such you will need to be suitably qualified and experienced, with prior exposure in a large organisation. 

    Naturally, you’ll build effective relationships across the wider HR function, and will use these relationships to implement effective people strategies within the wider business encompassing Talent Management, Succession Planning and Wellbeing – promoting a true people focussed culture.

    You will represent the needs of the business to help shape HR planning, policies, and procedures, achieving both short and long-term needs.

    You will also be supporting specialist projects.


    About you:

    As well as being a well-versed HR Business Partner (ideally with large, multi-site and Trade Union exposure), you’ll tackle your role with a partnership-style approach.  Proactive stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to influence, engage and drive activity are essential.

    We need you to have led on complex HR and Employee Relations activity, as well as having worked as part of an HR operations team that supports a diverse, fast paced organisation.
