  • Are you a Training instructor looking for a new challenge? We are continuing to experience an exciting period of company growth, so it’s a great time to join our friendly team where you will play a key role in supporting the Training function.

    In this role as a trainer you provide a high quality service to all customers in line with Company policies and procedures to support the delivery of the Training Department targets.

    Your key duties will include : 

    • Supporting the training team to meet a high quality level of training delivery to both internal and external customers, ensuring company and awarding body standards are met or exceeded
    • To ensure the accurate and timely completion of all training administration in line with company and awarding body procedures
    • To develop and maintain a good working relationship with the Training Department, Office Training Manager and other Service Centres/departments within the company
    • To adhere/ promote all health and safety compliance standards to ensure a safe working environment
    • Liaise with awarding body organisations and ensure full compliance is met
    • To ensure that training records and processes are correctly documented and logged in line with company procedure
    • Continually strive to drive continual personal development
