  Job details:

  Lead, engage and manage the wider Retail Area Managers and Implementation team to deliver revenue growth, new store opening schedule and future innovations from trial stages to roll out.

  You will report directly to the Retail Operations Director and senior management within Speedy Services.

  What you'll need:

  • Experience of leading a team of Area Managers / Depot Managers to deliver all objectives from Budget, revenue and people aspects 
  • Ability to lead large teams across multiple areas nationally.
  • Able to set clear objectives/goals to review on a regular basis to help teams understand “how” they can improve.
  • Growth in succession and talent to future support ongoing retail growth.
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance, growth and competitor market share through effective leadership and motivation of the teams   
  • Able to communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders in a professional manor.
  • Able to make decisions at pace to problem solve when necessary.
  • Track record of great engagement scores and low colleague turnover.
  • Able to multi-task running a number of activities at any one time
  • Good presentation development and execution skills
  • Strong communicator
  • Commercial awareness

  Desirable

  • Experience of hire in different product areas
  • Solid understanding of data, data analysis techniques and the ability to interpret reports/metrics into actionable insights
  • Understanding of related sectors and market
