  Job details:

  To work as a leader of a team ensuring the sales targets and budgets across the retail division are met through delivering first class operational leadership, customer service excellence incorporating Speedy values and behaviours into every activity. 

  You will report directly to the Retail Operations Director and senior management within Speedy Services.

  What you'll need:

  • Experience of managing a large team in a retail, hire or DIY environment
  • General day to day management of multi sites
  • Developing new and existing businesses to full potential by focussing on sales development and delivering customer and contract satisfaction levels.
  • Leading by example in safe working practices
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with our colleagues and customers
  • A positive and enthusiastic role model with experience of coaching and developing others
  • Enjoys problem solving and finding solutions 
  • Previous experience of working to targets and deadlines 
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office and in-house computer systems
  • Capability to take ownership and responsibility
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Results driven and able to work under a pressured environment
  • Self-motivated and conscientious
  • Flexibility in all areas of the role
  • Ability to adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast-paced organisation
  • High level of integrity & trust
  • Travel and flexibility as required
