We are now looking for a Hire Controller to join the Hire desk team at Worksop. Your responsibilities will include liaising with potential and existing clients, offering services, providing quotations and ensuring all administration is up to date at all times.
You will act as the main point of contact for customers; ensuring all queries are dealt with in a timely manner and whilst coordinating hires, you will be operating as a link between the Sales and Operational functions.
We are looking for an amiable and approachable character, who is extremely customer focused, with excellent attention to detail. You will be educated to a good level, and have excellent communication skills, especially over the telephone. IT skills are essential for the role.
Any experience in sales or customer service would be advantageous and knowledge of the hire industry would be beneficial, however full training will be provided.
The Head Office in Worksop, Nottinghamshire is supported via our satellite depot in Lesmahagow, facilitating a prompt service within the UK. TPA’s branch network across Germany allows us to service contracts throughout Mainland Europe.
