    We are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Graduate to work within a large Accounts Receivable team supporting and improving delivery and development of the Accounts Receivable functions, end to end transactional processes and drive an ongoing programme of simplification. The successful candidate will be engaging everyone to optimise cash, increasing cash flow performance and reducing overdue debt, in line with budgeted targets and expectations. They will also gain a full understanding of New Accounts, Credit Analysis, Invoicing, Reporting, Credit Control, Queries, and Litigation procedures.

    ​This role will be a September 2022 start.

    We are looking for candidates who:

    • Hold a minimum of a 2:2 degree qualification in a financial/business studies related degree
    • Have excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office applications
    • Be self-assured and reliable, being able to demonstrate confidence in your own knowledge, skills and experience
    • Possess the ability to express complex issues, both orally and in writing, in an easily understood manner for a range of audiences
    • Have excellent data and number skills with the ability to work with large data sets
    • Show experience of working collaboratively

    It would also be desirable if candidates had:

    • Previous work experience such as a year in industry, a part time job or a volunteer role

    As well as completing your day-to-day role you will also be required to complete our two year Speedy Graduate Development Programme.
